I believe that human truth drives the most compelling work. Human beings buy stuff. Why they do depends on their intangible and illogical thoughts. There is no substitution for up-close human insight.
I believe that culture is the most potent (yet difficult to quantify) means we have of driving human motivation. When a business is in cultural dire straits, business dire straits usually follow closely behind.
That, creativity is the persuasive veneer which houses humanity, culture and commerce. The thing that drives a brand’s cultural logic – why we’ll travel farther and pay more for something closer and cheaper.
